Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has launched an e-service for online HS 12th Certificate Correction, ahsec name correction online, issue of duplicate certificate, gap permission and issue of migration certificate. So from now on candidates will be able to apply online for the above mentioned services also some students lost some documents they can apply for new certificates now. Students who want to migrate can also apply for migration certificate. You can also choose how you would like to receive your corrected or duplicate certificates. AHSEC Correction of Documents
Apply for correction of documents issued from AHSEC using this e-service such as HS 12th Admit Card, Marksheet, and Pass Certificate. After successful processing of your application form, you need to submit the original copy of the document physically or via speed-post to the official address. In the case of issuing the correct certificate by post, the Council will only send your certificate after receipt of the original certificate. Once your application is approved, you will receive the ARN number through SMS and email ID, in addition you can also check the status of your application using the ARN number provided by the e-service (AHSEC).

AHSEC HS Registration Certificate Correction Process Online
Application for correction of name in registration card AHSEC, Below are the complete details, follow the steps:
1st Step Assam HS 12th Registration Certificate Correction:
- Go to the official website given below in the important links section.
- Click on E-Service.
- Click on Login.
- Then click on Create a New Account.
- Fill out the form.
- Upload Photo and Signature.
- Then Click on Register.
2nd Step Fill out the Form:
- Login with registered mobile no and password.
- Click on E-Service.
- Select Correction from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down and click on Apply.
- Select which you want to correct.
- Then select what you want to correct. (Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s name, etc.)
- Write down the correct information.
- Then upload the documents.
- After uploading documents, proceed to payment.
- Pay the application fee and download the application.
After successful processing of your application form, you need to submit the copy of the documents physically or via speed-post to the official address., Assam Higher Secondary Education Council, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati-781021, Assam as soon as possible, physically or by post.
In the case of issuing the correct certificate by post, the Council will only send your certificate after receipt of the original certificate. Once your application is approved, you will receive the ARN number through SMS and email ID, moreover, you can periodically check the Applications section found under My Profile page section of this portal to track the status of your application.
This service is not applicable to candidates of AHSEC 2021-22 registration year, for whom another portal is available.
AHSEC Issue of Duplicate Documents
AHSEC duplicate certificate apply online issued by AHSEC using this e-service. Many students have reported that they have lost their original Certificates / documents or that documents have been partially or completely damaged, so those candidates who have lost their original AHSEC certificates or damaged certificates / documents will be able to apply for a second copy of their AHSEC documents.

AHSEC Issue of Migration Certificate
If you want to study in any other board for higher education, apply for migration certificate. You must submit the original copy of the AHSEC Registration Card physically at the Dispatch branch or by post at the official address mentioned by us. In the case of postal issuance of the Migration Certificate, AHSEC will only send your Migration Certificate upon receipt of the original AHSEC Registration Card. Once your application is approved, you will receive the ARN number through SMS and email ID, in addition you can also check the status of your application using the ARN number provided by the e-service (AHSEC).
